You can access this from the 'My Account' link. Click on 'View Order History' to view pending & previous order details.
Almost all orders over 1 pound will be shipped UPS and you will find a UPS tracking number in the email you received when your order was shipped. If your order is under 1 pound, it will generally be delivered by US Mail and is not trackable.
We usually create your products within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Shipping times vary, but you should expect 3-10 business days (14 business days during holiday periods) for standard shipping in the continental US. Large orders, as well as delivery to an APO/FPO address, to Hawaii, Alaska and to Canada can sometimes cause additional delays. If you are in a rush, we do offer two-day and overnight shipping at an additional charge.
We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard credit cards for our products, as well as ATM/debit/check cards that display the Visa or MasterCard symbol.
We know you will be happy with the quality of our products. If you are not, please contact our Customer Service department to request your order be remade or refunded. All requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. We may ask that you return the product or e-mail us a photo of your order so we can understand the problem.
We're all about saving you money. One way we are able to get your price down is by eliminating a design review on our end and allowing you to approve your own design. Carefully review your design on the approve & order page before approving your design and placing your order.
One of the ways we can offer such low prices is that we do not review each individual design. Because of that, we ask that you carefully review your designs for typos and accuracy. Also, make sure all your important design elements fit within the boundaries of the design surface. We cannot refund or remake orders of this nature. Please keep in mind that thin borders do not work well on the edges of any product. Printing and cutting equipment have small operational variances so we cannot guarantee the borders will be exactly uniform around the product.
While we try our best to carefully match the colors on your design, we are not always able to match exactly. This has to do with our 4-color manufacturing process and variations in how colors look on computer screens. We use a digital printing process that saves you money and allows you to order in lower quantities. This process does not allow for exact color matching.

York Photo offers free storage of online images to site users that maintain Active Participation by making combined purchases of $20 or more in the previous 12 months. We maintain the resolution of your images at the resolution they were uploaded at for 10 days, at which time they are sized to no more than 2400 pixels in any side. Twelve months after upload, images are sized to 1500 pixels in any side. (1500 pixels is the size images were previously uploaded with the ‘Fast Upload’ option and is sufficient for most products on our website.) Storing up to 5,000 image on YorkPhoto.com requires yearly purchases of $20 or more. Storing more than 5,000 images on YorkPhoto.com requires yearly purchases of $50 or more. Storing more than 20,000 images on YorkPhoto.com requires yearly purchases of $150 or more. Storing more than 50,000 images on YorkPhoto.com requires yearly purchases of $300 or more.
In order to keep our print and product prices low, we encourage all users to delete albums and photos that will not be used in prints or projects. You should always preserve your original Content, or make back-up copies of such Content, on your personal system. You should not use the Service as the only repository for your Content. York Photo will not be liable to you for the loss of any Content.
Active participation in the service is defined as having made purchases of $20 or more of photo merchandise (prints, posters, Photo Books, calendars, cards or gifts) through the website within the last 365 days.
